At 19, I moved countries to attend one of Germany's top business universities. While still a student, I slowly transitioned into the real business world, starting from a simple assistant job and eventually contributing to strategy development and advising management. By the age of 22, I found myself at the helm of the company.
Two years later, I realized my calling was outside of the CEO role. I discovered an innate ability to not only understand and analyze complexities but to simplify them for others. This realization led me to delve into the art of crafting strategy processes, future scenarios, vision and mission statements, and their seamless execution through project and change management.
